Panthers’ Hotel Fire Alarm Sounds Ahead of Matchup with Seahawks

The Carolina Panthers were forced to evacuate their Seattle hotel early Sunday morning after a fire alarm went off in the building, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
The team tweeted and released a statement after the incident:
Backup quarterback Derek Anderson wasn't so sure the fire alarm sounding was a coincidence, tweeting, "Just happened to be our floors only. Guess that's just by chance lol."
Running back Jonathan Stewart added:

Meanwhile, veteran cornerback Charles Tillman had this to say:
The 2-3 Seattle Seahawks blew a fourth-quarter lead against the Cincinnati Bengals a week ago. On the other side, the Panthers are off to an excellent start this year, bringing a 4-0 record into Seattle.
