Redskins RB Alfred Morris Hangs Out with Ushers for 20 Minutes Before Home Games

In addition to being a solid player, Washington Redskins running back Alfred Morris is as cool as they come.
Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post has observed one of the 26-year-old's pregame routines and asked him about it after the team beat the St. Louis Rams two weeks ago.
According to Steinberg, Morris began the tradition his rookie year—before he was known around the league. That season, an usher at FedEx Field asked him to chat.
He hasn’t stopped doing it since.

The group grew, and the conversations became a fixture of his game days. Morris learned all the staffers’ names. He kept in touch with them during the offseason. They started meeting up for all-you-can-eat crab and shrimp feasts at local restaurants.
