Robbie Gould to Giants: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

After 11 years with the Chicago Bears, kicker Robbie Gould is getting a new start with the New York Giants.
According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport on Thursday, Gould was flying to London to join the Giants for their Week 7 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. Albert Breer of The MMQB confirmed Rapoport's report.
ESPN.com's Chris Mortensen shared the details of the contract:
Gould gives the Giants a quick alternative to Josh Brown, whom the team announced is staying in the United States after he admitted to abusing his wife, per SNY's Ralph Vacchiano.
Gould is coming off an up-and-down year in which he made 84.6 percent of his field-goal attempts while going 28-of-29 on extra points for the Bears. He also set a career high with seven made field goals from beyond 50 yards.
Only Blair Walsh had more made field goals (34) than Gould's 33 in 2015.
Unfortunately, his misses seemed to come at inopportune times. He missed two field-goal tries in an overtime...
