Report: Redskins Possibly Planning to Start Cousins Week 1 Saturday, Aug. 29 According to ESPN.com's Dianna Marie Russini, a combination of RG3's poor play and questionable health has the Redskins strongly considering the possibility of utilizing Cousins as their starter when the regular season commences.
