Rod Streater to Chiefs: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

Once upon a time, Rod Streater looked like a potential breakout star at wide receiver for the Oakland Raiders. But after a 2015 season that included a slew of healthy scratches, Streater will look to revive his career with the Kansas City Chiefs.
According to ESPN.com's Adam Schefter, Streater agreed to a one-year, $4.8 million deal with Kansas City. Terez A. Paylor of the Kansas City Star confirmed the report. 
As an undrafted free agent out of Temple, Streater made modest strides as a rookie. Over the course of 16 games—including two starts—Streater tallied 39 catches for 584 yards and three touchdowns. Building on that momentum, Streater struck back with a career-best 60 catches for 888 yards and four scores in 2013.
