New York Jets left tackle Ryan Clady has suffered a torn rotator cuff and is facing a considerable amount of time off the field.

Latest on Clady's Status Wednesday, Nov. 9 The Jets announced they put Clady on the injured reserve list Wednesday. The team did not reveal a timetable for his return.
According to Darin Gantt of Pro Football Talk, Clady suffered the injury during Week 3's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. However, he played the following five games before sitting out for Week 9's matchup against the Miami Dolphins.
New York head coach Todd Bowles told the media that the 30-year-old was "basically playing out there with one arm," per the team's official Twitter account.
Clady spent the first eight seasons of his NFL career with the Denver Broncos, playing in all 16 games during six of those years. But in 2013, he missed 14 games because of a foot injury before missing the entire 2015 season with a torn ACL.
