Ryant Grant/ Antonio Cromartie Trade Makes Sense for Packers

With LaDainian Tomlinson finally getting his official release, Packers fans' eyes lit up across the Internet at the chance to make a play at the future Hall of Famer. However, Green Bay should be thinking more about a move that would solidify the Packers defense for 2010.
As Chris Mortensen reported earlier in the month, the Chargers are exploring trading their star cornerback Antonio Cromartie this offseason.
While the Packers already have a solid starting two cornerbacks (if Al Harris returns) their age has more than begun to show. Al Harris was injured this past season and Tramon Williams was forced into a starting role that was exploited many times in 2009 by opposing offenses.
With Darren Sproles also headed towards free agency the Packers have just what the Chargers need. His name is Ryan Grant.
