What do San Diego Charger fans and Rodney Dangerfield have in common? We get no respect.
From other teams it's acceptable. Yeah, we know your new mediocre quarterback is gonna change everything.
All of your rookie picks are going to be awesome, and Mathews will fail. We will lose all of our stars, yadda yadda yawn. It gets old.
If all speculation fails, brag about trophies of decades past.
We roll with the punches well, and are almost immune to it, nobody really cares except people without lives, families, hobbies etc.
However, where the Chargers fan gets burned worse than pretty much any other team in sports is communication.
The Chargers are on the brink of putting together a championship-caliber team, and the fans are getting pretty excited and being more supportive than ever of the Chargers organization.
