San Diego-Oakland: NFL Odds Have Chargers Favored over Raiders

Last September, when the San Diego Chargers and the Oakland Raiders faced off, the Chargers pulled out a 24-20 win. Phillip Rivers passed for 252 yards, but threw an interception and managed only one touchdown.
Darren Sproles was the ultimate hero when he scored on a five-yard TD run with 18 seconds to go, preserving a 12th straight victory against the Raiders. So the question is, are the Raiders improved enough to end the streak this year?
