Senior Bowl 2012: Alfonzo Dennard and 5 Guys Who Should Have Stayed Home

For some players, the Senior Bowl is a forgettable experience.
For these players, they definitely wish they hadn't gone to the Senior Bowl. Each of them hurt his draft stock. In addition, they all could free fall in the draft after their performances.
 
Russell Wilson, QB, Wisconsin
The weigh-in was not kind to Wilson. Even though he's a strong 203 pounds, he barely stands above 5-foot, 10-inches. He has one of the strongest arms in the class, but his size really hurts him.
While running drills, it's been clear that his height will hurt him in the NFL. He may have all the intangibles, but his height will prevent him from being too high on any draft boards.
 
Dan Herron, RB, Ohio State
Herron has looked good at the Senior Bowl, and scouts have been impressed with his ability to finish runs. However, without breakaway speed, he won't be going very early in the draft.
