When a quote unquote Dynasty gets manhandled to the tune of 33-14 in a home playoff game; that's about the time it becomes patently obvious that a fairly major overhaul of the franchise in question is required.
I'll tell you one thing I'll never do, claim to know more about football than "the hoodie."  That being said, I believe he's even more aware than us fans that something needs to change to return this team to the promised land.
