Sorry Elvis Dumervil, Peyton Manning Is Still Better Than Joe Flacco

Elvis Dumervil is now a member of the Baltimore Ravens after shunning the Denver Broncos in free agency, and he's already publicly gone to bat for his new quarterback, Joe Flacco. 
As Dumervil told NFL Network's Albert Breer in an interview after his introductory press conference in Baltimore, he believes the Ravens give him the best chance to win a Super Bowl because of one player—Joe Flacco:
Also, in my 1-on-1 with Dumervil, I asked why he thought Baltimore gave him the best chance to win a title. His answer: "The quarterback."
