Steelers Record 100th Interception Return Touchdown in Team History

Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback William Gay recorded the 100th interception return for a touchdown in franchise history during Monday's 27-24 win over the Tennessee Titans, per NFL.com's Gil Brandt.
Gay wasted no time in helping his team reach the century mark when he picked off Titans quarterback Zach Mettenberger on Tennessee's first offensive play of the contest, giving the Steelers an early 10-0 lead.
Mettenberger badly underthrew wide receiver Justin Hunter on the play, handing Gay the 29-yard touchdown return on a platter.
Just three weeks earlier, Gay had recorded the 99th pick-six in Steelers history, which helped his team to a memorable 51-34 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
Now in his eighth NFL season and second stint with the Steelers, Gay oddly has three touchdowns off interceptions over the last two seasons after failing to get even one through the first six years of his career.
