Gipson Skipping OTAs Due to Contract Tuesday, May 26 After putting himself on the radar with a strong 2013 campaign, Gipson became a star in 2014 as he racked up six interceptions in just his third season out of Wyoming.
The undrafted signee is currently playing under an extremely modest contract, and in an attempt to show his desire for a new deal, he has decided to skip organized team activities, according to the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport:
Gipson's tactic doesn't come as a major surprise since there is little incentive for him to risk anything without more security in his favor.
