Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is reportedly dealing with a sore shoulder that held him out of Thursday night's preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks, per ESPN.com's Ben Goessling.

Bridgewater's Shoulder Likely Not Major Issue Friday, Aug. 19 Goessling noted that if Thursday's contest had been a regular-season game, Bridgewater would have likely played, but giving the start to backup Shaun Hill looked to be a safety precaution.
Bridgewater, who is preparing for his third season in the league, has experienced some injury issues before. The 23-year-old previously went down with a concussion in Week 9 of the 2015 season, but he was nonetheless cleared before missing any games.
