Terrell Suggs Formally Charged for Car Accident: Latest Details and Comments

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs has been formally charged with two misdemeanors after he was arrested on March 5 following a single-car accident, according to a Tuesday report by ESPN.com's Jamison Hensley.     
Citing Sgt. Ben Hoster of the Scottsdale Police Department, Hensley reported Suggs was specifically charged with "driving with a suspended license and failure to notify after striking a fixture."
TMZ first reported that Suggs was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona, after he was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and driving with a license that was suspended because of speeding tickets. 
According to TMZ, "Suggs was not impaired and he stated that he possibly fell asleep before the collision."
Shortly after the incident, Suggs—who tore his Achilles in the Ravens' 2015 season opener—posted a photo on Instagram confirming he was arrested:
