Terrelle Pryor Released by Chiefs: Latest Details, Comments and Reaction

The Kansas City Chiefs released quarterback Terrelle Pryor Tuesday, per ProFootballTalk. 
Rand Getlin of Yahoo Sports passed along some of the reasoning behind the decision:
The Chiefs have quarterbacks Alex Smith, Chase Daniels, Aaron Murray and Tyler Bray on the roster and brought in undrafted free agent Bo Wallace following the 2015 NFL draft. There simply wasn’t room for an unproven journeyman like Pryor given the current roster makeup.
Pryor was one of four players the Chiefs waived Tuesday, per the team's official website. Kansas City also placed linebacker JoJo Dickson, long snapper Jorgen Hus and wide receiver Corbin Louks on waivers.
Pryor played two seasons for the Oakland Raiders (2012 and 2013) and appeared in 14 games. He threw for nine touchdowns and 12 interceptions, although he added 627 yards and three touchdowns on the ground.
