Terrelle Pryor to Browns: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

Perhaps this time will be the charm for Terrelle Pryor. The 26-year-old wideout signed with the Cleveland Browns on Tuesday.
Mary Kay Cabot of the Plain Dealer first reported the deal, while Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports confirmed the report. Cabot added Pryor was set to visit the Chicago Bears prior to inking the deal.  
Pryor spoke about the deal on his Twitter account:
Pryor was most recently a member of the Browns but failed to play a regular-season game for the franchise after it wanted to make room for newly signed Robert Turbin.
"This will be a mistake by them," said Pryor after the move, per Cabot. Cleveland evidently agreed, now that Pryor is back in the fold.
The former Ohio State Buckeye is essentially a man without a position. He was a quarterback coming out of college and started nine games under center for the Oakland Raiders in 2013.
