Tim Tebow One Of Several Candidates For The Madden 12 Cover

Tim Tebow is very popular and is not used to losing, so it probably came as a bit of a surprise to find out he was losing a popularity contest.

According to ESPN's Jon Robinson, Tebow is not doing well in the early online voting poll to see who will make the cover.

"Tim Tebow losing @EAMaddenNFL 12 cover vote to Jamaal Charles, 65% to 34.9% I'm shocked at this one. What do you think @EASPORTS fans?"

This tweet should energize the Tebow fan base to get out there and vote, so do not think this was just an innocent tweet. However, there will be a strong anti-Tebow contingent out there who will do their best to keep the young quarterback off of the cover.
