Toby Gerhart Injury: Updates on Jaguars RB’s Groin and Return

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Toby Gerhart has been dealing with a nagging groin injury this season, and it has finally taken a toll on him. He has been placed on the injured reserve.

How Loss of Gerhart Impacts Jaguars' Depth While the loss of Gerhart hurts Jacksonville's depth in the backfield, he, along with Denard Robinson, had taken a back seat to rookie running back T.J. Yeldon. This injury will only enhance Yeldon's role as the primary ball-carrier.
