Tom Brady is recovering from foot surgery, Mike Holmgren is giving interviews about returning to coaching and free agent Darren Sharper may have some options.
News out of the NFL is slowing to a crawl as the two sides in the labor dispute continue to circle one another at the bargaining table.
The fact that the owners and players' union are talking is a good thing, but everything would be a lot better if an agreement had been reached and we were in the middle of the free agent season right now.
Until then, we can talk about Brady's foot, Holmgren's coaching aspirations and whatever else we happen to think of.
