Tom Brady or Peyton Manning: Who Would You Take For Your Team?

Tom Brady—Peyton Manning.
Peyton Manning—Tom Brady.
The argument has raged for the better part of the last decade: who is better, Manning or Brady?
At the end of the 2010 season, both Manning and Brady will be unrestricted free agents.  The Colts and Patriots have stated that both players will be back with their respective teams. 
But for arguments' sake, let's say that the Colts and Patriots were to decide they were going to go a different route, maybe go with a younger guy from the draft. (I know, it's not going to happen.)
Both men are available in unrestricted free agency. You are the General Manager of your team. Which man do you choose?
