Tony Romo Promised a Super Bowl Win If Jahlil Okafor Won National Championship

Thanks to a previously agreed upon arrangement with Jahlil Okafor, Tony Romo is in a bit of a pickle.
A longtime Duke basketball supporter, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback was at Lucas Oil Stadium on Monday night to watch his Blue Devils down the Wisconsin Badgers 68-63 in the NCAA national championship game.
Romo celebrated the program's fifth national championship, but the thrill of victory comes with a price tag for the quarterback, who allegedly made a promise to Okafor before Duke’s star freshman center ever laced up for the team.
In the spirit of holding Romo to his word, Sporting News’ Caroline Sikes dug up an Instagram picture Okafor posted in early 2014. The image shows a yet-to-be-champion Okafor posing alongside Romo with a caption outlining their agreement: an NCAA championship for a Super Bowl.
