Tony Romo Switches Jerseys with Caleb Hanie in Attempt to Sneak into Team Drills

Tony Romo will do whatever it takes to get back on the field at this point.
The Dallas Cowboys quarterback underwent back surgery in December, so coach Jason Garrett is easing Romo back into action this summer. Romo was limited in practice during the Cowboys' first day of minicamp Tuesday, so he tried to get creative in order to get back onto the field.
Nice try.
Romo was just trying to get some reps under his belt, according to The Dallas Morning News' Jon Machota:
I almost snuck in. I feel pretty good. I could go. I was going to take some seven-on-seven reps but I don’t know how much that really helps, just to get those three or four reps today.
We’re at this point now and I understand, we’re being smart with it.
The 34-year-old had tried to put on Brandon Weeden's No. 3 jersey before taking Caleb Hanie's No. 7. The only problem was that Romo has a good 15-20 pounds on Weeden.
