The Seattle Seahawks played a decent football game against the Saints on Monday night. Okay yes, they were amazing. Twitter exploded with praise of Seattle's defense, fans and their quarterback throughout the night as Seattle overpowered New Orleans. The big win has many Seattle fans thinking ahead to the playoffs and certainly has some NFC teams fearing a possible playoff matchup in Seattle.
A near flawless performance from the Seahawks on Monday Night Football gave Seattle a 34-7 victory over the New Orleans Saints (9-3). Seattle, now 11-1, clinched a playoff spot after the dominating show on Monday and are very close to clinching home-field advantage in the NFC.
