Travis Benjamin Injury: Updates on Chargers WR’s Knee and Return

The bad luck for the San Diego Chargers continues, as wide receiver Travis Benjamin is not practicing heading into the team's Week 9 game against the Tennessee Titans because of a knee injury.

Latest on Benjamin's Practice Status Thursday, Nov. 3 Per Tom Krasovic of the San Diego Union-Tribune, Benjamin was among the Chargers who did not take part in the team's early practice session Thursday.
On Wednesday, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Benjamin was diagnosed with a Grade 2 PCL sprain that doesn't require surgery.
Benjamin, who leads the team in receptions and is tied for the team lead in receiving touchdowns, has become the Chargers' go-to option at receiver.
His absence would put more pressure on Tyrell Williams and Dontrelle Inman to produce for a thin receiving corps. Tight ends Antonio Gates and Hunter Henry, who have combined for 492 receiving yards and six touchdowns, should also see increased targets if Benjamin misses game a...
