Tyler Lockett Injury: Seahawks WR Injures Leg vs. Cardinals

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett suffered what appeared to be a broken leg in Week 16 against the Arizona Cardinals and was carted off the field.  
Lockett was injured while catching a pass late in the first half. He stayed down, and his leg was placed in an air cast before he left the field. 
"There was blood everywhere near his ankle," quarterback Russell Wilson said after the game, per Sheil Kapadia of ESPN. Wilson noted Seahawks players were shaken up by the injury.
After the game, head coach Pete Carroll said Lockett will require season-ending surgery, per Stephen Cohen of SeattlePI.com.
The Seahawks spent a 2015 third-round pick on Lockett, who didn't waste much time justifying their decision. As a rookie, Lockett caught 51 passes for 664 yards (13 yards per reception) and six touchdowns.
