Tyson Alualu Re-Signs with Jaguars: Latest Contract Details, Comments, Reaction

The Jacksonville Jaguars and defensive end Tyson Alualu have reportedly agreed to a contract that will keep the 27-year-old with the only franchise he's ever known for the next two years.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Jaguars prevented Alualu from getting too deep into negotiations with other teams by giving him a two-year contract:
In 2010, the Jaguars surprised most people by taking Alualu with the 10th overall pick. He was a well-regarded prospect coming out of California, but no one seemed to think a team would take him that high. 
Over the last five years in Jacksonville, Alualu has recorded 195 total tackles with 13 sacks. A deeper dive into the numbers, per Nathan Jahnke of Pro Football Focus, shows the 27-year-old has gotten better as a run-stopper:
