Warren Sapp Attacked by Shark During Charter Fishing Trip

Pro Football Hall of Famer Warren Sapp was attacked by a shark while lobster fishing on a charter boat.
Two Conchs Charters, based in Marathon, Florida, posted a photo Wednesday on Instagram of what appeared to be Sapp's wounded arm (warning: graphic imagery).
Sapp took to Twitter to discuss the encounter:
Sapp, 43, was a seven-time Pro Bowler and dominant defensive lineman who played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Oakland Raiders from 1995 through 2007.
Charter captain Jack Carlson commented on the situation through text message, saying of Sapp, per the Tampa Bay Times' Greg Auman: "It's simple. He was lobstering with me and a shark bit Sapp while he was grabbing the lobster. He's OK."
Earlier Wednesday, Sapp posted a photo on Twitter of himself and the crew he was lobster fishing with:
Sapp has become a rather frequent fisherman, featuring the hashtag #SappFishing in his Twitter biography.
