Washington Redskins: Tim Tebow or Heck No?

When it comes to Tim Tebow's potential as an NFL quarterback, most analysts fit into one of two extremes.
 
One side believes Tebow is a natural-born winner and leader and he will find a way to succeed as a professional quarterback.
 
The other side believes Tebow does not have the necessary skills and polished mechanics to make it at the next level and he will be an epic failure.
 
Washington Redskins coach Mike Shanahan and GM Bruce Allen recently attended a private workout of Tebow. Did they do so out of genuine interest or were they simply "covering all of the bases" prior to the draft?
 
Both Shanahan and Allen are known for their pre-draft smokescreens, and it would be difficult to say if they are actually considering taking Tebow. Of course, they were in southern Florida anyway to attend the NFL owners meeting, so it wasn't like they went out of their way.
