There is a certain amount of mystery surrounding every team when the NFL's regular season begins, and while that generates plenty of excitement among football fans, it can make things very difficult for bettors.
Those who are picking the games must rely on past performances as well as training camp and preseason reports to get a feel for how certain teams may ultimately fare.
