Week 11 Fantasy Football Start Em Sit Em: Ryan Mathews and Stars You Must Avoid

The San Diego Chargers have struggled as an entire unit this season.
That includes second-year running back Ryan Mathews, who has been dinged up throughout the year and struggles to get through four quarters each and every game.
That won't change in Week 11.
Mathews is one of three stars who you should bench this week.
 
3. Jason Witten, TE, Dallas Cowboys
I'm a big fan of Jason Witten as a player, and he's had some big performances for fantasy owners throughout the years, but Week 11 isn't the week to start him.
Witten's numbers have been as inconsistent as, well, Tony Romo this season. He had 71 yards and a touchdown against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 9, only to manage 37 yards against the Buffalo Bills in Week 10.
On top of of that, the Washington Redskins, his next foe, have given up the 21st most fantasy points to tight ends this season.
I see another letdown for Witten in Week 11.
