Week 13 Fantasy Football Rankings: Breaking Down Best Options at Quarterback

A number of top-tier quarterbacks have some tough matchups in Week 13, and that has stirred up the weekly rankings at the position.
There were certainly some surprises from Week 12 at the position.  Peyton Manning had a season-low 12 fantasy points, while Philip Rivers led all quarterbacks with 27.  Other players, including Matt Flynn and Matt McGloin, were surprisingly productive.
Below is a look at the quarterback rankings for Week 13, followed by a breakdown of some of the most interesting players to watch for.

Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys
