Week 13 Waiver Wire: Breakout Pickups, Targets and Tips for Fantasy Football

Week 12 was a strange one in the fantasy football season, as six teams, many of which feature this year's top fantasy players, faced each other on Thanksgiving. Thus, fantasy owners had to hit the waiver wire early in Week 12 and set their lineups early on Thursday. 
However, it's back to business as usual in Week 13, which features several juicy matchups and, most importantly, plenty of intriguing players to take a look at adding to your team. 
Note that the Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns are on bye in Week 13. 
The following players are owned in fewer than 60 percent of Yahoo leagues and are worth considering for your lineup in Week 13.

Tim Hightower, RB, New Orleans Saints
New Orleans Saints running back Tim Hightower appeared on our waiver-wire target list for Week 12. At that time, he was owned in 51 percent of fantasy leagues.
