Webb isn't being suggested as a quarterback play unless you're in an extremely deep league, have no other option, or are in a league that rosters two or three quarterbacks in the starting lineup. However, with his eligibility as a receiver in many leagues, he can make for a solid WR3 or Flex play this week, and possibly going forward.
