Week 3 NFL Game Preview: New York Jets at Miami Dolphins

The New York Jets and Miami Dolphins are set to do battle Sunday night on the NBC primetime stage.

After a poor performance on Monday Night Football in their opener, the New York Jets bounced back with an impressive win over the New England Patriots.

While most have picked the Patriots or Jets to win the East, Miami is the only undefeated team in the division so far. The Dolphins followed up their Week 1 win at Buffalo with a quality win at Minnesota last week. 
NFL oddsmakers believe Miami will take care of business again Sunday, listing the Dolphins as a two-point favorite with the total set at 35.5.

Miami hasn’t started a season 3-0 since 2002, but it will have an excellent opportunity to do so against a Jets team it has beaten three straight times.

The Jets finished the 2009 season with the best defense in the NFL, but a Miami defense tied for the league lead in points allowed has been one of the big stories early on this season.
