Week 4 Waiver Wire: Top Pickups Who Will Boost Your Fantasy Football Squad

Every week at least one player comes out of nowhere to light it up in the NFL, effectively sending fantasy football owners to "a waiver wire near you."
The trick is to go after the players that make sense and not to simply enter a chaotic state and pick up, say, Golden Tate, the man who boasts after not catching/catching a winning touchdown.
Here's a look at some prime waiver-wire targets as we head into Week 4 of the NFL season.
 
Arizona Defense
Arizona's defense has seriously become a force to be reckoned with.
The Cardinals racked up 21 fantasy points in their 27-6 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3, posting five sacks and forcing three fumbles along the way (one returned 93 yards for a touchdown by safety James Sanders). Although QB hits don't generally register in fantasy leagues, it is worth noting the Cardinals had 13 QB hits, which means they could have had even more sacks than the five they posted.
