Week 6 NFL Picks: Predictions on Vegas’ Mid-Week Betting Odds and Lines

When is an undefeated team in trouble?
When that undefeated team has a quarterback who has thrown more interceptions than touchdowns and that same quarterback has a hard time throwing the ball with velocity downfield.
That quarterback is Peyton Manning and while his Denver Broncos are 5-0, the team's ability to play consistently on offense is an issue. Manning has thrown six TD passes and seven interceptions, and his yards per pass is down to 6.53 this year. 
Two years ago, Manning had a remarkable season with the Broncos as he threw 55 TD passes and just 10 interceptions. Just as notable was his spectacular 8.3 yards per attempt. However, the Denver Post recently rated Manning as the 20th-best quarterback in football.
The Broncos have been able to win in spite of Manning this year. Their defense has been the best in the NFL, and with Von Miller and DeMarcus Ware flying to the football, that ranking is not likely to change very much this season.
