This is especially true as the halfway point of the season approaches. With big names such as San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and Miami Dolphins running back Jay Ajayi continuing to emerge, those who skimp can miss on surefire starters. 
Seeking advice in relentless fashion applies to those performing well, too. Injuries play a role here, with names such as Ben Roethlisberger, LeSean McCoy and Odell Beckham all suffering issues at one point during Week 6.
