Wendall Williams Records 4.19 40-Yard Dash at NFL Regional Combine

Wendall Williams from the University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky broke an NFL Regional Combine record by running a 4.19-second 40-yard dash Saturday, according to the NFL Regional Combine's official Twitter. 
That's faster than running back Chris Johnson's NFL combine-record 4.24-second 40 he set back in 2008.
Matt Miller of Bleacher Report reported there may be a discrepancy about the time:
Cumberlands football competes in the NAIA Division I with competitive levels similar to NCAA Division II schools, per Student-Scholarships.com. 
According to Steve Andress of Colts.com, Williams was close to not even making it to Cumberlands:
The wide receiver hauled in 15 receptions for 457 yards and eight touchdowns last season to go with 205 rushing yards on just seven attempts and three touchdowns. That's an average of 29.1 yards per rush.
