This is the time of the year in the NFL where information can very hard to come by and fortunately, via aggressive Internet research, I have located several very interesting quotes and information from some of your Cleveland Browns players from the past week-ish.
 
Scott Fujita to Wear an Unlikely Jersey Number
The NFL allows certain positions to only wear certain numbers and according to the Browns' official Web site, newly acquired linebacker Scott Fujita could not reclaim any of his former numbers so he went with the No. 99 which is usually worn by the men in the trenches on the defensive line.
“There were no ‘50’ numbers available when I got here and I didn’t want to try and punk some younger guy for a number," Fujita told the Browns' site. "I called my family, put it to a vote with my friends and family and kids, and they all chose 99. I’ve got twin girls, twin numbers.”
