Who Are the Best Fans in the NFL?

It's the ultimate homer question in sports—debating which fanbase is the most dedicated, rabid and die-hard. Of the 32 teams, every city has some reason to believe they have the best fans. Yes, even you, Jacksonville.

Clearly, the Green Bay Packers boast great fans, but it certainly helps that they are really, really good. What makes a great fanbase the best is how strong the fans are when the team isn't very good, like those in Kansas City, or how willing they are to accept change, like in Denver.
