Who Are the NFC North Favorites Next Season?

We're rooting for the Packers, obviously, but I'm going to try to be unbiased here—as hard as that's going to be.
For Minnesota, it may all just come down to if Brett Favre returns or not, though I'm going to assume he is.
Why? Because last season, he said, "I am not coming back," "I will do nothing if I get the urge to play," etc. Basically, he put his foot down and made it clear: He was not coming back.
This offseason he said, "It's highly unlikely," "I still haven't made my decision yet," plus he wanted L.T.
My point is that the small, little clues this offseason are clear compared to last offseason. There's no doubt in my mind that Favre will return to the Vikings.
With that said, let's review their performance last season.
For the beginning part of last season, the Vikings were winning all their road games against easy teams (Browns, Lions, Rams) and hard games at home (Packers, Ravens, 49ers).
