Would Terrell Owens Be Good or Bad for Cincinnati Bengals?

I've never been a big Batman fan.  Maybe it's because I am more of a 1990s type of person, but to me the old school show was often out of touch with reality on many separate occasions.
However, recently when Chad Ochocinco claimed that he was Robin to Terrell Owens's Batman, I once again realized just how out touch the NFL can be at times too.
Yes, once again Terrell Owens finds himself on the potential verge of signing with another team.  This time though, it's the Cincinnati Bengals, and once again, it is a story we've all heard several times over.
For you see, it was give or take two months ago when this story first arose.  Those optimistic NFL fans pondered the idea of Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco in the same uniform, and many people had big ideas when it came to this possible signing.
