Zach Ertz, Eagles Agree on New Contract: Latest Details, Comments, Reaction

The Philadelphia Eagles announced Monday that they have signed tight end Zach Ertz to a five-year contract extension that will keep him with the team through 2021. 
Although financial details were not released by the Eagles, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported the extension is worth $42.5 million with $20 million guaranteed. Rapoport added that this makes Ertz the NFL's fourth-highest-paid tight end in terms of average and guaranteed money.
Shortly after the Eagles made the announcement, Ertz posted on his blog at ZachErtz86.com:
